Note the Bi-modal nature of the pileup Without skimmer you would have to be very cleaver to understand where he is working. He is on 7010 and I worked him on 7018.72 Almost everyone is below 7015. The Cluster spot was 7015 on TX. He was running a bunch of Russians when I worked him so just listening it would have not been at all obvious where in the heck he was listening.
